Welcome, Welcome

Hello out there,

Welcome to my new blog. This blog is dedicated to improving health and happiness in young women. In my experience most young women simply don't understand the basics of good health. We have all heard, "Have a balanced diet," and "Exercise often." But what does that mean specifically? What does that mean for you?

In the next few months we will learn together how to eat better, exercise effectively, and establish habits that will enable us to find contentment and a good self-image.

  1. I'm so excited about your blog Erica!!
    I have really been struggling lately with keeping myself and my family healthy!
    At the beginning of the year I was all ready to go to bed by 11:00 every night, exercise 4 times a week and eat nothing but healthy, well balanced meals - but with recent health problems I haven't had the energy to get out and exercise. And Macaroni and Cheese, Corn dogs and Chicken Nuggets are what's easy and what my kids will eat!
    So PLEASE!!! Show me the way!
